‘Working together to fulfil potential’
We were thrilled to be invited to attend the Invitational Hockey Competition at Broadoak. All the competing teams were very evenly matched but our girls showed great determination and resolve to come away with the overall victory. The final against Mesne Lea was evenly matched after 10 minutes and so extra time was called for. Unfortunately, the teams could still not be separated and so penalty shots were needed to decide the outcome. Goalkeeper Erika managed to ensure that not a single penalty was scored by our opponents meaning that only one goal would win us the tournament. Izabela duly obliged to ensure we took home the spoils.
