Children's Mental Health Week

This week in Nursery we have been celebrating Children’s Mental Health Week by learning all about our feelings and how to keep ourselves happy and healthy.
We shared lots of stories about emotions and talked about things we can do when we feel sad, worried or excited. In our keyworker groups, the children took turns to talk and share about themselves, practising good listening and kindness.
We also enjoyed calm moments throughout the week, watching a relaxing aquarium video and trying some simple yoga. The children have shown great confidence in talking about their feelings and caring for one another.
