Year 1-Incy Wincy Spider Shelters

In Science, Year 1 have been learning about materials and their properties. They were tasked with designing a shelter for Incy Wincy Spider that had a waterproof roof to keep him dry in the rain. They used their knowledge of materials to make the roof then tested it out with water to see if it would keep Incy Wincy Spider dry in the rain. And I'm very pleased to share........all of the roofs were waterproof! Great job Year 1!
