Thank you to all our athletes and their fantastic support teams for your tremendous efforts at the Year 5 Salford Schools Athletics Championships today. You all conducted yourselves admirably and performed very well indeed. Congratulations to our new Salford Champions, our Girls 4 x 100m Relay Team consisting of Moni Abioye, Fern Rothwell, Kara Pritchard and Amelia Oldroyd.
A special mention is again reserved for a couple of children who ran against children at least 1 year older than them to help out our team. Your team spirit is incredible and we are very proud of you all.
Well done to you all and thank you on behalf of everyone at school.
